1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase made from Annu Aviation Supports (“we”, “us”, “our”), Bengaluru, India. By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to make a purchase.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Products & information

We make every effort to display product descriptions, specifications, diagrams and images accurately. However, specifications may change due to continuous product improvement, and colours or appearance may vary slightly from what is shown. Product information on this website is for general guidance only and does not replace official manuals, technical bulletins or the advice of a qualified engineer.

4. Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in the currency shown and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the one displayed when your order is confirmed.
• Taxes, duties, shipping and handling charges are shown at checkout or communicated separately where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways such as Razorpay and PayPal. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders & deposits

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or information cannot be verified. Aircraft and custom-built kits may require an advance deposit; production timelines begin once the deposit is received, and the balance is payable before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays, customs clearance or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to you or your nominated carrier. For international orders, you are responsible for import duties, taxes and compliance with the regulations of the destination country.

7. Cancellations & returns

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Custom-built aircraft, kits and parts ordered specifically for you may be subject to a cancellation charge, and deposits for such orders may be non-refundable once production has begun.
• Parts that are damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photographs, to be eligible for replacement or refund.
• Parts that have been installed, used, modified or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

8. Warranty

Products are covered only by the warranty, if any, stated in writing for the specific product. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly, installation or maintenance, accidents, misuse, unauthorised modifications, or use outside the published operating limits.

9. Safety & regulatory compliance

Aviation carries inherent risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any aircraft, kit or part is assembled, maintained, inspected and operated by appropriately qualified persons in accordance with the manufacturer’s manuals and all applicable aviation regulations, including those of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) or the aviation authority of your country. Obtaining the necessary registrations, permits, licences and airworthiness approvals is your responsibility.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, diagrams, specifications and the X-Air name, is owned by or licensed to Annu Aviation Supports and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Annu Aviation Supports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in effect at the time of the order.
